Even though Ian will be up at BYU for spring term, he wanted to come home and take his girlfriend Alex Hunt to Prom.
To ask her he purchased 12 gold fish and one Red "Beta Fish" and had them all in seperate containers on her front porch. Of course Mom, Dad and Alyssa were invited to help. The sign stated "Of all the fish in the Sea, I want you to accompany me to Prom"
When the door opened he said he could hear her Mother yelling "Ian Hatch, you are going to have to come and feed all of these fish" as he ran away.

She came over on Saturday night while he was with some friends and decorated up his room, all in pink.
