So why would Alyssa be smiling while laying in an ice bath? Because she thinks it helps her muscles prepare for the state swim finals.
Alyssa again qualified (3rd year in a row) for the AZ State Swim Finals in her Back Stroke and relays.
Since she was down for over a month in the middle of the season with Mono, she rebounded pretty well to qualify.
They came in 4th in the state for their 200 medley relay
