It has been almost 4 years since Florence and I went through the emmotions of sending one of our boys on a mission. We went into this with a perfect knowledge of what our emmotions were going to go through rather than the surprise of dropping Jordan off.

Doesnt he look like a missionary
He flies directly to the Buenos Aires Missionary Training Center rather than Provo, UT.
After 2 months learning spanish in an intensive language training program he will head to Montevideo, Uruguay for 22 months of teaching the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Check out this little future missionary. He and Ian have been so close these past 9 months.

Right after the above picture was taken we all had a good cry along with a bunch of hugs. While his flight was over an hour before departure he was ready to leave us and head for the gate behind security. 
Ian is still Ian!!
